Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. To use a credit card on PayPal without having a paypal account simply click “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and fill in the info.

Q: I bought a membership and never received my password information in my email.

Check your spam folder and add support@finitehelp.com to your contacts to make sure our emails aren’t being filtered. If you can’t find it in your spam folder then email us at support@finitehelp.com or use the contact form

Q: I’ve become a Facebook fan, but I can’t find the discount button!

It’s located under the “welcome tab” of the Facebook fan page. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@finitehelp.com or use the contact form.

Q: What if I forgot my login and password?

Click Here to get a new password. You can also click the login button and select “Lost your password?” from the login menu. If you forget your username e-mail support@finitehelp.com or use the contact form.

Q: I’ve already paid, and it’s not working!

Please contact us at support@finitehelp.com or use the contact form, we’ll resolve your issue as soon as possible.
